Where do we start?
If you and your fiance live near San Diego, we suggest scheduling a complimentary, in-house design consultation. Consultations take approximately 90 minutes. During this time, we discuss all the fun details of your wedding (colors, theme, inspiration, etc). This helps us get to know your style and get a feel for what you want your custom wedding invitations and stationery to look like. You will also be able to browse through our inspiration books, see and feel hundreds of paper swatches and view real wedding invitation samples we've done for previous clients.
Once we determine your invitation style, we can start building your quote based on the papers and embellishments you've chosen. Quotes can usually be provided during the consultation, but for special order items, turn around time is 2-3 business days.
We have worked with couples all over the United States and Canada, so if you are not local, let us know and we can schedule a Skype meeting to discuss your needs and get a quote to you!
Due to the personalized attention we give our clients, please note that we limit the number of clients we take on. Therefore, please do not delay in scheduling your consultation.
Since our pricing is tailored to our client's needs based on many factors such as: quantity, number of inserts, style of the invitation, papers chosen and printing process, pricing can range greatly. Our custom wedding invitation suites start at $1,000. This minimum must be met (pre-tax) and does not include other stationery items such as Save the Dates or "Day Of" items. What's included in a suite? Our suites include: the invitation, details insert, response insert and both mailing & response envelope with return address printing. All our items are available a-la-carte, so you tell us what you need and we'll price it up for you!
We also offer a wide selection of pre-designed invitation suites that start at $700. This minimum must also be met (pre-tax) and does not include any other stationery items.
Yes, we want you to design our invitations!
Once you have decided to hire Take Note! Creations to design your wedding invitations, we will send you a detailed contract and invoice for the deposit. We require 50% deposit to secure your order. Once you approve the final proof and prior to us sending to print, the remaining 50% balance is due.
After your deposit has been received and the contract is signed, we will send you over a Tree-Free, virtual sample showing the papers you've chosen. This helps you get an idea of what your final product will look like. We will also send over our font samples and links to help you with wording ideas.

How long will we have to wait?
Ideally, we ask our clients to allow 4-6 weeks total turn around time (from our first consultation to delivery) to ensure we are giving you quality custom wedding invitations. The design process consists of a preliminary design, a final design, final proof approval, printing, assembly and finally delivery. As all custom orders are as unique as our couples are, this is only an estimated time frame.
If you are in a rush and would like to order one of our best selling pre-set designs online, order here! Please allow approximately 12-14 business days for all online orders to be delivered.
We can also take rush custom orders (items needed in 3 weeks or less), however, a 20% rush fee will be added to your order.
